Sister kills brother over dispute in Karachi.
Karachi (Daily Pakistan Online) A sister killed her brother over a property dispute in Shahr-e-Quaid. The police arrested the accused within a few hours and recovered the murder weapon. A body was found inside a house in Sukhun area of Karachi on Sunday evening, having been beaten to death with a stick. After the incident, SSP Malir Abdul Khaliq Pirzada also reached the spot.
According to police officials, 40-year-old Somar was beaten to death with a stick by his sister Amina over a property dispute. When the police took Amina into custody on suspicion, she initially confessed to her crime. The accused told police officials that the two siblings had been arguing over property for a long time. On Sunday evening, a conversation between them turned into a fight, after which she got angry and hit her brother Somar on the head with a stick, killing him on the spot. Police officials say that further investigation into the incident is underway.
