Is baby food scary?
You see your child sitting at home playing with toys, during which he suddenly fills a handful of mud and puts it in his mouth, as if he were eating chips. Of course you will get nervous but what to do next?
According to Syedti Magazine, Dr. Ahmed Abdul Aal, a pediatrician at Berjeel Hospital, advises to stay calm in such a situation as it is common for children to put everything in their mouths, even if it is dirt. ۔ So don't worry because this is definitely a situation that every mother has to face.
Dr. Ahmed says that food contaminated with dirt, sand, dirt and
insects can cause various diseases or pests in children, but since these items
have no taste, most children immediately swallow it. Take them out and they
quickly learn that mud is not a delicious food.
Here are some tips that can help
1. If the child's overall health and immune system is good, there
is nothing wrong with eating a little dirt. However, dirt that comes from
animal feces or chemicals can be harmful. If the child looks sick after eating
something like this, a doctor should be consulted immediately.
2. If the child eats dirt or other items such as paint, paper or
hair, it is a cause for concern. In such a situation the child may get sick
because his body may be deficient in iron or malnutrition. If this is the case
then you should seek the help of a Pediatrician.
3. The fact that mothers don't know is that eating dirty food
trains their immune system. It releases antibodies to fight harmful bacteria in
the body. As a result, the baby's chances of being infected with germs are
eliminated and his immune system is trained to ignore harmless germs and fight
harmful germs.
4. Children who do not eat ground foods are more likely to have
allergies. Their immune systems have no ability to fight off bacteria or
viruses.
Lastly, we recommend that you protect your children as much as
possible, but there is no need to panic if this happens to a child.
