"The challenge of the slow learning child”

Researcher said that “The Plight of the slow learners." Say the author of this article, “is a challenge to teachers who believe that all children need a chance to succeed." She makes realistic appraisal of problem of the slow learning child suggests a positive approach to its solution. In every classroom there are children that very in learning ability but some of the pupils look change or exactly alike so they differ in their attitudes, in their learning and in their adjustments. These differences are extreme and these types of student’s special consideration and attention by their teachers and parents. They have great difficulty when he is expected to perform in the someway at the same rate as brighter students complete a task in hurry.

Usually the teacher has no difficulty in identifying the slow learner learning child, or the teacher can conduct various objective tests for solving child's learning problems. Slow learners felt difficulty in following directions; he usually needs more explanation. They are easily confused, they're easily distracted. Author further defines that teacher play an important role to improve slow learner and parents need time to time that their child is making the necessary program in terms of their ability or not.

During Teaching learning process He/She must be careful that what strategies and methodologies can be used to boost up students learning in a better way only an skilled Teacher knows or have the knowledge how to improve students performance, learning, specially who are slow in learning as called slow learners in Education literacy   department/ program.
