 UGC NET (University Grants Commission – National Eligibility Test) ek national level exam hai jo Assistant Professor banne aur Ph.D. ke liye Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) paane ke liye conduct kiya jata hai. Yeh exam NTA (National Testing Agency) ke zariye liya jata hai.

📚 Exam Pattern (2025)

📘 Paper 1: General Paper (Common for All)

  • 50 Questions (100 Marks)

  • Teaching, Research, Reasoning, Comprehension, ICT, Environment

  • No Negative Marking

📗 Paper 2: Subject-Specific

  • 100 Questions (200 Marks)

  • Based on the subject you selected (e.g., English, History, etc.)

Total Duration: 3 hours (No break)


Who Can Apply?

  • Master's degree with required percentage.

  • Age limit for JRF: 30 years (Relaxation for reserved categories).

  • No upper age limit for Assistant Professor eligibility.
