Toshakhana 2 case: Court orders release of Bushra Bibi
ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Thursday granted bail to Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana-II case.
According to details, the Islamabad High Court heard the bail application of Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana II case.
Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb heard the petition, during the hearing, Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb inquired why Bushra Bibi did not submit gifts, then why was the founder of PTI made an accused.
FiA prosecutor Umair Majeed said that the public office holder was the founder of PTI, this case is slightly different from The Justice Qazi Faez Isa case, the gift received by the state has to be submitted and declared, this gift is the property of the state unless purchased legally.
Umair Majeed said that this case is related to such gifts which have not been deposited, the results of this move are, the ownership of the state cannot be kept with itself before buying the gift. Justice Gul Hassan Aurangzeb said that the British Prime Minister also took gifts home with him, everyone told him that he has taken according to the rules.
